Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and instructions included. Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or opened garden tools with wooden handles
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Custom or personalized orders

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Email support@vigorousbest.com to request a return authorization.
  • Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in original packaging, including all accessories, instructions, and the return authorization number provided.
  • Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization email. Use a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 2 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 3 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for a different size or color.

6. Restocking Fee

No restocking fees apply.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

8. Cancellation of Order

Cancel within 24 hours of placing an order for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, follow the return process for a refund.
